A trailer's primary function is to provide a means of transporting a boat from its owner's home to the owner's favorite wakeboard and water ski lake or river.

MBSports asked California Trailer Works to build a trailer that does more than just provide transportation, but one that is trouble free. A trailer that was easy to off and on load and to compliment the MBSports Boat in every way. A trailer that would enhance the boating experience.

The MBSports trailer bow stop with winch and roller provides an excellent means with which to line the boat up with the trailer. The pads line the boat up straight and true and the roller keeps the boat and gunnel extrusion separated from the pads. No wear and tear on the boat.

The MBSports trailer heavy duty large roller swing jack makes for easy removal from the trailer hitch ball. Most boat trailers use light duty jacks which require much more cranking effort.

The fixed front bow pad is securely mounted to the tubular 5" main frame. The vertical pad tubing can be removed easily for hull cleaning or service.

The swing away hitch has been refined over the years, providing a safe and convenient way to fit their MB within the confines of the their garage.

Highway and launch ramp safety chain seldom seen as standard equipment on any other trailer. MBSports, however, shows such responsibility in the little details.

Swing down spare tire mount is standard on the MBSports trailer. This design adds to the streamlined look of the boat as opposed of the styles provided by other manufacturers.

The enclosed carpeted fender pads provide hull-side protection from road debris.

Tall, rigid but removable carpet pad side guides make for easy on and off loading. No rattling or floppy guide poles. They can't fall out or float away.

Semi trailer style sealed lights throughout. Every MBSports boat trailer comes standard with easy ratchet tie downs. State laws require tiedowns – Why not make securing your MBSports boat and simple and attractive? These are standard equipment, as usual.

Every MBSports trailer provides prop protection from road hazards. Entering driveways, trailering over speed bumps or just cresting some steep ramp will cause other prop cages to catch or scrap the roadway. MBSports Boat trailers have rollers solidly attached to them so you roll easily over road hazards.

Every MBSports boat trailer has long-lasting disc brakes and torsion axles standard. Disc brakes provide much less heat build up on those long downhill hauls when lots of braking is required. Torsion axles have greatly improved the ride. A much softer tow. Plus they have no springs to rust, fail, squawk or groan. Brake pads are quiet and easy to replace.

Aluminum diamond plate provides good looking protection to those painted steps and fender tops where boaters step up and into their boats. In addition to great looks and protection, they provide an anti-slip area for the wet footed boater.

The standard "5" wire light plug has the added 5th wire for easy non-lock up back-ups of boat and trailer. The fifth wire is connected to the two vehicle back-up light system with a direct wire loom to the trailer back-up solenoid. This solenoid, when electrically energized, prevents the back-up from locking up. No more hassles.

All brake lines are galvanized or automotive flex lines for marine applications. Every hydraulic fluid system is resistant to fresh water, salt water, rust and corrosion.

Ahead of fin area, the forward crossmember is covered with UHMW. This protection is for the avid boater who drives their boat on rather than floating it onto the trailer.
